2. Cookie Categories
sendroAI uses the following categories of cookies, as shown in the Cookie Settings panel:
Strictly necessary (always active). Required for security, session handling, and core functionality. These do not require consent and cannot be switched off.
Analytics (optional). Measure traffic and understand website usage. Enabling this category allows Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity; it stays blocked until you grant consent.
We do not currently use functional or marketing cookies. If that changes, this policy and the consent banner will be updated before any such cookies are set.
3. Analytics Tools We Use
The optional tools currently in use, activated together by the Analytics category, and the cookies they may set when enabled:

Neither tool runs before you consent. When you reject the Analytics category, or withdraw consent later, tracking by both tools is disabled and no new optional cookies of these tools are set.
4. Managing Your Preferences
On your first visit, the cookie banner offers three actions:
Allow All enables the Analytics category. Reject All keeps only strictly necessary cookies. Cookie Settings opens a panel where you enable or disable the Analytics category and save your preference — enabling it allows Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage key sendroai_cookie_consent) so the banner does not reappear on every page load. You can reopen the panel at any time through the “Cookie Settings” link in the website footer.
5. Withdrawing Consent
Open Cookie Settings from the footer, switch the Analytics category off, and save. The stored preference is updated immediately and tracking by both tools is stopped (Google Analytics is disabled via its measurement-disable flag; Microsoft Clarity is notified via its consent API). Cookies already written by a tool can also be removed at any time by clearing your browser cookies.
