SendroAI is a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) email marketing automation platform owned and operated by OmniAgentic Innovations LLP, a registered Limited Liability Partnership based in Pune, India. SendroAI provides AI-powered tools for creating, managing, and optimizing inside-sales email campaigns and sequences.

Subscription Plans

SendroAI offers flexible subscription pricing plans available on both monthly and yearly billing cycles. Multiple service tiers are available to accommodate businesses of all sizes, from startups to enterprises.

14-Day Free Trial

All new users are eligible for a 14-day free trial with complete access to SendroAI's full feature set. This trial period allows you to evaluate the platform's capabilities before committing to a paid subscription. No credit card is required to start your free trial.

During the trial period, you may cancel at any time without any charges. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription plan will begin automatically, and you will be billed according to your chosen billing cycle.

No Refund Policy

Important: SendroAI operates under a strict no-refund policy for all subscription plans. This includes but is not limited to:

• Full refunds
• Partial refunds
• Prorated refunds for unused portions of billing cycles
• Refunds due to dissatisfaction, technical issues, or non-usage
• Refunds for duplicate charges (contact support for resolution)

This policy applies to all payment methods and billing cycles, including monthly and annual subscriptions. All sales are final once payment is processed through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.

We strongly encourage users to utilize the 14-day free trial period to thoroughly evaluate SendroAI before purchasing a paid subscription.

Subscription Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your SendroAI subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@sendro.ai.

Key cancellation terms:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• You will retain full access to all features until the current billing period expires
• No charges will be applied for subsequent billing cycles after cancellation
• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
• You may reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account

For example, if you cancel a monthly subscription on January 15th and your billing date is January 1st, you will continue to have access to SendroAI until January 31st. No charge will occur on February 1st.

Payment Processing Compliance

SendroAI processes all payments through Razorpay, a certified payment gateway compliant with Indian payment regulations and international standards. This cancellation and refund policy is designed to meet Razorpay's requirements for digital SaaS products and services.

By subscribing to SendroAI, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy and understand that all payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway.

Exceptional Circumstances

While our general policy is no refunds, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of clear technical failure on our part, billing errors, or unauthorized charges, please contact our support team immediately at support@sendro.ai. We will investigate each case individually and work toward a fair resolution.
